The annual Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle is a non-profit, award-winning blues and jazz festival held in Port Credit, Mississauga, Ontario. The three-day outdoor festival features three stages at Port Credit Memorial Park, presenting over 40 Canadian and International acts, along with performances from over 20 musical acts during its free Saturday afternoon street party known as the LIUNA Local 183 Street Shuffle held in the village from 1-5 P.M. The park is fully licensed, offers food vendors, an artesian market, two free stages and one ticketed stage, attracting thousands of attendees to the park each day. Q: What payment methods are accepted at the event?

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: The festival is a rain or shine event.

Q: Can I bring my children to the ticketed stage area?

A: Yes, children 12 and under are admitted

Q: I purchased tickets to the Bourbon Street Tent. Can I invite my friends to come sit with me?

A: Only those who have purchased a ticket for the Bourbon Street tent can enter the tented area. There is limited seating in this area, and we want to ensure that all ticket buyers are receiving the extra benefits that they paid for.

Q: What else should I bring?

A: For General Admission tickets please bring your own blanket and/or lawn chair if you wish to sit down. If the day is sunny, bring a hat and sunscreen. If the day looks grey, bring an umbrella. Please feel free to bring an empty reusable water bottle. We have a fresh water source available.

Q: Is there parking available?

A: Port Credit Arena parking is closed to the public during the festival. Located at Port Credit Memorial Park (40 Lakeshore Road East), there is limited parking at the municipal lot at the library off Stavebank, and there are municipal lots south of Lakeshore. Q: Do you have disabled parking?

A: Yes, there are designated disabled parking spots (requires a permit) located in the library and arena parking lots.

Q: How or where do I enter Memorial Park?

A: During the Festival, the grounds are accessed through three entrances: 1. Lakeshore Road East entrance, 2. Entrance at the bottom of the parking lot at the Arena, 3. Library Parking lot entrance.

Q: I have mobility challenges, can the festival assist me?

A: Yes, you can pre-arrange a ride from on one of our golf cart drivers. Please call our hotline at: 416-770-4374 to arrange assistance.

Q: Do you have disabled washrooms?

A: Yes, there are disabled washrooms throughout the park.

Q: Can I purchase food?

A: We have many food vendors in the south-end of the park in our Vendor Village all offering a variety of food.

Q: If I want a break from the music, where can I go?

A: The festival has a quiet zone behind the Tim Hortons Coffee Truck with picnic benches where you can take a break from the four stages.

Q: What are the Park Rules?

A: No smoking of any kind, including vaping, in Memorial Park. No outside alcohol. No fireworks. No bike riding. No skateboarding, hoverboards, or Segways. Do not leave children unattended. No outside food or beverages (Please feel free to bring a reusable water bot

Q: Can I bring my pet?

Only service animals are allowed inside during the event. Proof via ID or a letter from a healthcare practitioner may be required for Emotional Support Animals. No proof is necessary if it is visibly evident that the customer has disability and relies on the animal.

Q: What if I suddenly become ill?

A: You may seek assistance from a volunteer or make your way to the St. John Ambulance tent located inside the gate by the Port Credit Arena entrance to the Park, where paramedics will assist you.

Q: How do I get there?

A: There is a Go Train station located right by the park. There is a MiWay bus stop in front of the Port Credit Library at the main entrance area to the park, which includes bicycle parking as well. Go Train is offering a weekend pass for $15.00 or $10.00 per day. Save on gas!

Q: We need a place to stay overnight. Do you have hotel recommendations?
